We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The staff at the concierge station was especially helpful, providing us with guidance on parking and nearby attractions. The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to various areas through the underground channel. The breakfast provided was fulfilling, and the staff throughout our stay were friendly and attentive.

The location was excellent, with a stunning view of the famous towers. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-appointed with a walk-in shower and bathtub. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a convenient walk/run track just outside for early morning exercise. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, particularly the concierge who went above and beyond to assist me. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a wide variety of Western and local dishes. the hotel's proximity to the city center and a nearby shopping mall made exploring the main tourist attractions easy.

We had a fantastic stay in a suite with a view of the town. The suite was spacious and comfortable, even better than the one with a view of the Twin Towers. Although the view of the town wasn't particularly interesting, we could enjoy the stunning view of the Twin Towers from the sky bar or the lounge on the top floor. The hotel's location in the KLCC center was perfect, as it was close to major attractions like the KLCC park, Twin Towers, and Aquarium with sharks. The hotel even offered a mini electric bus service for guests, which was convenient for getting around. The staff were pleasant, nice, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room service and kitchen were of great quality, and we appreciated the wide range of menu options available for room service. The high-class and tasty breakfasts were a highlight of our stay.

The executive lounge rooms were exceptional, with a wide choice of complementary snacks, drinks, and cocktails all day. The staff went out of their way to ensure a perfect stay. The lap pool on the top floor offered stunning views and a great place for a workout. The hotel's location was central, close to shopping malls, the Petronas Towers, and the aquarium. The breakfast had a wide selection of Western and Asian dishes, with an amazing coffee machine. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
