The hotel staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. The rooms and shared facilities were spotlessly clean. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the food was served hot. The hotel's location was very central, making it easy to explore the city by bike or on foot. I also enjoyed the pool and the fact that I could use the Victoria Resort beach for free.
Can't fault the property in any way.

We loved the buffet breakfast at this hotel, with a great variety of local and western food. The bacon was a bit burnt though. The pool was open all day, although we didn't get to use it much due to the chilly weather. It was still a very nice and cozy place to relax. The hotel even provided us with a free takeaway breakfast box when we had to leave early for our flight. The staff were really helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.
